Anoj Pathinayaka, the Principal Architect and the founder of the practice since 2018 has a passion for creating elegant and functional spaces that reflects his precious clients’ personality and needs.
His style is versatile and adaptable, ranging from Classical grandeurs to modernized concepts with a touch of minimalism. He uses adequate spectrum of colours as per the case with necessary attention to novelty details. Anoj strongly believes that architecture is not only about aesthetics, but also about functionality,
sustainability and context.
Architect Pathinayaka collaborates with allied professionals for necessary Structural Design, MEP Services, Quantity Surveying and etc. in delivering his professional expertise on Architecture, Interior design, Renovations, Adaptive Reuse and other disciplines for a larger spectrum of project categories namely Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Recreational, Educational, Healthcare and so on.

Anoj Pathinayaka graduated from the University of Moratuwa in 2014 and became a chartered architect in 2017.
He is an Associate member of Sri Lanka Institute of Architects and registered under the Individual practice category.
He holds a PG Diploma in Urban Design from the University of Moratuwa and is currently pursuing the MSc in Architectural Conservation of Monuments And Sites (ACOMAS) from the same university.
